Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every order placed on lulutoxhq.com.

1. Who we are

2. These terms

These Terms of Sale, together with our Privacy Notice, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, govern every order placed on the Website. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to order.

3. The products

We sell two herbal tea blends, Daily Tea and Sleep Tea, in packs of 28 tea bags, as a single pack or in bundles of two or three packs. The ingredients and brewing directions are shown on the product pages and printed on every pack. The teas are food products and are not medical products; see section 8.

4. Ordering

  • Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods; the confirmation e-mail is a receipt of your order, not an acceptance.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when a product is out of stock, a price or description was displayed in error, the delivery address cannot be served, or we suspect fraud or misuse. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.
  • Please check the order details before you confirm. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days, so changes or cancellations are only possible before dispatch; contact us straight away with your order number.

5. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed there. Shipping charges are shown before you confirm the order. Sales tax or VAT is included or added where we are required to collect it. Customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are not included (see the Shipping Policy).
  • Every purchase on this Website is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, memberships or recurring charges. Where an optional additional item is offered after checkout, it is charged only if you expressly accept it, and the amount is shown before you do.
  • You can pay by credit or debit card or PayPal, and, where offered at checkout, Klarna. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers. By submitting payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use that payment method.
  • Your payment may be authorised when you place the order and charged when the order is accepted. If a payment cannot be completed, the order is not placed.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery is described in the Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us. Please make sure the address is complete and correct.

7. Returns and refunds

Our voluntary 30-day return window for unopened packs, and the process for damaged or incorrect items, are described in the Return & Refund Policy. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection, your statutory rights are not affected by anything in these terms.

8. Product use and disclaimers

Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Lulutox products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any specific disease or condition, but rather to provide a complimentary supplement to the professionally assigned treatments. Individual results may vary. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult a physician before use. Some blends contain naturally occurring caffeine; see the ingredient list. Keep out of reach of children. Nothing on the Website is medical advice.

9. Using the Website

The text, images and design of the Website belong to us or our licensors and may be used only for browsing and ordering. You may not copy, scrape or reuse them for commercial purposes. We try to keep the Website accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we may change or withdraw content at any time.

10. Our liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first at support@lulutoxhq.com; most issues are resolved within a few days. Any claim that cannot be resolved may be brought before the courts of Hong Kong SAR, including the Small Claims Tribunal where the amount falls within its limit. If you are a consumer living outside Hong Kong, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in your local courts.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Website when you place an order applies to that order.
