Description
Sleep Tea is a blend of rooibos, chamomile, lemon balm, passion flower, lavender, valerian root, dandelion, saffron and catnip. It contains no tea leaves. Each pack holds 28 tea bags.
Pour roughly 240 ml of freshly boiled water over one bag and wait 4–6 minutes. The cup is smooth and floral, with the mild sweetness of rooibos.

Every bag carries the complete recipe: hot water, one bag, 4–6 minutes. Rooibos gives the cup its red colour and slight sweetness; chamomile and lavender add the floral note.

Is there caffeine in Sleep Tea?
The blend is made from rooibos and herbs rather than tea leaves, coffee or guarana, and rooibos itself carries no caffeine. The full ingredient list is on the pack.
What does it taste like?
Smooth and lightly sweet from the rooibos, with chamomile and lavender on top. It can also be cooled and poured over ice.
