How many cups are in a pack?
Twenty-eight. Each bag makes one cup, so a pack lasts four weeks at a cup a day.
What goes into each blend?
Daily Tea: twelve herbs and teas, listed above. Sleep Tea: nine herbs on a rooibos base. The complete list is printed on every pack.
How much caffeine is in Daily Tea?
Around 18 mg per tea bag, less than a typical cup of green or black tea. Sleep Tea is made from rooibos and herbs, not tea leaves.
Do I have to subscribe?
No. Every bundle is a single purchase; nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
When does my order leave, and what is the shipping charge?
Within 2 business days of ordering. Standard US shipping is $4.95; UK and EU rates are shown on the local checkout. Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days in the US, 7–10 in the UK and 5–11 in Germany and France.
Can I send a pack back?
Yes, if it is unopened and still sealed, within 30 days of delivery. E-mail support first to register the return; you pay the return postage and the original shipping charge is not refunded. EU and UK customers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Anything to check before the first cup?
Read the ingredient list on the pack. If you are pregnant, nursing or have a medical condition, consult a physician before use.
Orders, delivery and returns
Where is my parcel?
Open Order tracking and enter your order number, tracking code or the e-mail address used at checkout. The tracking link is also e-mailed once the parcel leaves.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Every country we ship to is listed at checkout. Typical standard delivery in business days: United States 4–7; Canada 9–12; United Kingdom 7–10; Germany, Netherlands, France and Austria 5–11; rest of Europe 10–20; Australia and New Zealand 9–14. See the shipping policy.
How do I return something or get a refund?
Register the return with support@lulutoxhq.com within 30 days of delivery, then send the unopened packs back with tracking to the address we give you. The purchase price is refunded within 14 days of inspection. Full steps: Return & Refund Policy.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Write to support@lulutoxhq.com or call +1 (225) 314-7447 as soon as you can, with your order number. Orders leave within 2 business days, so changes are only possible before dispatch.
